Wow, yeah, that's super unpleasant to look at. I'm really not sure why, gradients usually don't bother me. Must be some subtle detail, maybe the gradients are too long or too short?
This is really surprising to me. Wouldn't this make it a good deal more expensive to produce most kinds of apparel and some merchandise? Maybe I'm out of date on modern printing and embroidery tech.
And thus, as all other app icons follow suit, gone are the days of simple colours and long shall the days of soft colour radial gradient app icons reign supreme...
... or at least until the new icon fad comes along and all other apps jump into line.
I wish they would change their apps icons back so each was a different color, instead of all of them having the same four colors.
Back to the 00's!
There I was thinking gradients were done for. With big companies like VW and BMW ditching gradients from their logo's. But all the old is new again!
Still no drop shadows though.
Fyi, you meant logos, not logo's. Apostrophe = possession
FYI you mean logos' ... it's both possessive and plural.
In "their logos", the word 'their' is possessive but 'logos' isn't, and shouldn't take an apostrophe.
OP's correction was right.
The new blurred one hurts my eyes, it's a weird effect and I don't like it.
