I bet there is some wisdom in there but I’m having a hard time mapping this simple concept to the actual world. How is this relevant to building software for instance?
Funnily I live in an area where a lake has been drained and the area turned into farmland. Pumps keep the water out. I get that it’s suboptimal but what are you going to do?! Not have farmland?
