We’ve been working on SolveCircle, a gamified task management app designed to help businesses keep employees engaged and accountable without micromanagement. Instead of traditional task lists, we introduce challenges, rewards, and a structured system that makes completing tasks feel more engaging.
Why we built this:
We’ve seen how disengagement and quiet quitting affect businesses, especially in industries with high turnover. Most task management tools focus on tracking, but few focus on motivation. SolveCircle bridges that gap by making task completion more rewarding and transparent.
What we have so far:
A functional MVP built in Adalo
Core features like task assignment, progress tracking, and incentives
Interest from hospitality businesses for our initial rollout
What we’re looking for:
We’re onboarding early adopters and would love feedback from business owners, managers, or anyone who’s seen productivity struggles firsthand. If this sounds interesting, let’s chat!
Would love to hear your thoughts—do you think gamification is the right approach for workplace productivity? Any advice on refining our onboarding experience?
